FAQ

Questions

How is this different from Reminders or a spreadsheet?
Reminders does not know what an asset is. A spreadsheet does not remind you, hold the photo of the receipt, or tell you what is overdue. Logis connects the three: the thing you own, the work it needs, and what was actually done.
Who can see my data?
You. Every table is protected by row-level security, so a request can only ever return your own rows. Nothing is sold, and nothing is advertised against.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. JSON and CSV, whenever you want, and export is never behind the paywall. On the free tier you export what you can see, which is the last six months of history.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your homes, assets, records and uploaded files all remain, and your account returns to the free tier. On the free tier the log shows the last six months, so take an export first if you want the whole thing.
What does “unlimited” actually mean?
Homes, assets and history have no counter on the paid tier. There are fair-use limits behind the scenes, set high enough that a normal household, or several, will never reach them. If you ever get close, we will tell you rather than cut you off.
Is there an Android or web version?
No. Logis is iOS only today.
Does it work offline?
Not yet. Logis needs a connection. Your records are safe on the server when you lose signal, but you cannot add to them until you are back.
Why is there no AI?
Because nothing here needs it yet. What ships as AI in home apps today is a public-records lookup, OCR over a photo of a manual, or “every 90 days” scheduling under a new name. None of that is the hard part. Logis is a record you control: nothing guesses what you meant, and nothing trains on your house.
